Hudson Restaurant Lounge is a popular place located on the West End of DC. Hudson offers a space for up to 270 people. They classify their food as “contemporary comfort food”. The menu is quite extensive with food for all times of the day. In January of 2009, US Airways pilot Chelsey B. Sullenberger dined there.

There is always a line at Georgetown Cupcake. You either have to either beat the crowd or just wait it out. Similar to Magnolia in New York. Its a small shop, the line is usually out the door but when you get there you will be able to get you cupcakes. They look to have a million variety of cupcakes on any given day of the week.
