Miss Virginia Tara Wheeler to shave head for St Baldrick’s Foundation
Miss Virginia Tara Wheeler has announced that she will shave her head for the St Baldrick’s Foundation if her fund raising goal of $500,000 is met by April 11th. Not quite blonde charity but brunette charity.
